The responsibility of Leadership
So you want to be a leader? Yes, that's the decision I made. I thought the prestige of the role would define me; however, I was so wrong. As I began my first leadership role, I learned it was not about the prestige of the role at all. There are definitely other ways to find this. The responsibility of leading others quickly became the focus and it is truly an important responsibility. The decisions made as a leader impacts the lives of others. The way we act and the way we talk makes such a great impact on others. So the responsibility is to serve others and not get a title.
