About Dr. Jeff Radford
I have a passion to develop others. At the age of 17, I joined the local Rescue Squad in Big Stone Gap, VA to spend extra time with my Dad but soon realized I was beginning a journey to serve and develop others. This led me to pursuing my nursing degrees from Mountain Empire Community College and Old Dominion University which also included practicing as a Registered Nurse. However, God had more planned for my career so I completed my MBA from Baker College and a Doctorate's degree in Strategic Leadership from Regent University. God has provided opportunities which has allowed me to develop others through my experience as a Nurse, Executive, Author, Speaker and Leadership Coach. I describe my leadership method as Merciful. God birthed this idea of Merciful leadership in my heart in 2007 and is best described as- Forgiving Love that requires Compassion and Understanding of followers from a Courageous and Committed leader!
